Federico asked: Dear Dadrim, you claim not to have a technique or method to advance towards the spiritual realization. You also argue that each technique is silly, but many times you talked about a "right attitude to life." Could you better clarify this point, I think it is of enormous importance, for me, but not just for me.
A big hug,
Federico.

Dadrim replied: I really think you've got it right. From my point of view there is not a technique, but only a "right attitude" towards existence: a state of mind which enables us to penetrate into the innermost and deeper dimension of existence, by establishing a full opening of our "feeling".
In fact, when we want to truly understand something, our mind becomes silent, our thoughts calm down and, in this way, the reality of things slowly begins to emerge.

When it becomes clear for us that any form of bias, selective desire, need to be reassured and pleased, works like a lens that distorts and confuses our perception of life, our conscience comes naturally into a state of what we might call "careful and passive observation "
You're right, Federico, this question is very important for many of our friends. You are not the first to seek clarification on this point. I will try as best as possible to deepen this aspect. I hope that everyone has the patience and the desire to get to the end of these words, although to someone they may sound a bit 'too much "teaching". The poetic form of expression is certainly more empathetic and engaging, but it suffers from imprecision, and sometimes precision is necessary. Therefore, let’s proceed slowly and carefully ...

Spiritual research stems from the need of understanding and responding fully to the two main phenomena that make up human existence.
